Fashion Week(?), Shanghai

This photo in from Shanghai’s “Fashion Week”.   “Fashion Week” gets put in quotes because “Fashion Week” in Shanghai is government run.  So the designers aren’t necessarily there on talent/skill, and if a designer were judged by the crowd they attract, some of those showing would be deemed pretty close to awful.

In this exiting crowd, there was uninteresting, and interestingly bad.  Not a good combo.  This lady looks like she was getting ready to walk down the aisle, and drew her inspiration walking past China’s flagship Barbie store.  Barbie would definitely be insulted by this outfit.
