Cristina, Crindy and I all have been taking yoga lessons from private instructor Adela Stoulilova, from the Czech Republic (I had to google how to spell czech republic. So what?!). Her class totally kicked my ass. The next day I was sore all over, especially in the arm pits. Wat the heck? When the weather gets better I’m going to get all my girlfriends together for a class of outdoor pilates at my place with Adela. And, when I say girlfriends, I am pretty sure only Curry will show up. Because she lives there.
